Process

Contact us or one of our trusted partners to get quotes, talk about different options and chose the best option for you. 

 A minimum down payment is required to process the order. 

 Once the area is prepared and cleared, please contact our scheduling department. They will assist you and provide the lead time specific to your location.

On the first appointment we will 

Make sure the land is leveled 

• Frame up making the pad squared
•  Dig the footers 
• Installing rebar on the  Footer 
• Install the Moister Barrier Plastic 

Leaving the site prepped to  pouring 

We schedule a second appointment

• We will have our crew show up at least 1 hour before the concrete trucks
• Concrete will get poured 
• Guys will finish it with a slick or Broom finish 
• Concrete will get the control joint cuts to prevent cracking
  

We recommend waiting at least 10 days before putting anything or installing a metal building on the pad.
